Abstract

THE TYPOGRAPHY AND THEIR READERS
A MIRROR OF UNIVERSITY PUBLIC

This presentation is part of a wider work, which will include a field research to validate the data from the literature research, facing the raised hypothesis . We aim to show the typography as part of the active evolution of the methods of knowledge preservation, determining it and being determined. Showing too, that typographic families' morphology of are not merely the representation of speech (or language), but a essential one, because carry, as luggage, all that influenced its design, which, through these features, the reader, may recognize itself. Finally, demonstrating the importance of typography within the communication's process of a company, which, aligned to the communication goals, will form the link between the design of the page, its history and the reader, being thus a results buster.
